What We Do
Babies
develop motor skills and control of their little hands long before they
develop oral skills for speech. Signing allows babies to communicate
and express themselves without crying or whining.
Show Me the Sign, Baby! classes are designed to introduce parents and
expectant parents to the enormous benefits of using American Sign
Language (ASL) to communicate with pre-verbal "hearing" babies. We
provide the tools and techniques to help you and your baby understand
each other. We welcome siblings and encourage caretakers to join us in
class as a family unit to maximize the benefits of signing.
